Since TatoPow products are food items, we do not offer returns. However, we do offer refunds within 7 days of receiving your order if any issue arises with your purchase.

As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final in terms of physical product returns. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you on a refund instead.

Since our products are perishable food items and cannot be returned, cancellations within the cooling off period will be processed as refunds. Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
